Our blasting, paint applicator, and coating specialists ensure strict adherence to project specifications and quality requirements which are verified by our QA/QC department. This is either for internal or external applications, single-coat, 2-coat, or 3-coat systems. We also work with world-class galvanizers based in Qatar to provide high-quality hot dip galvanizing for our structures.
Energy Tec has a closed Automatic Blasting Booth and Painting Booth of size 15mtr long x 6.5mtr wide, which ensures the blasting and painting activities take place in controlled conditions to achieve superior quality painting.
Energy Tec understands the importance of structural steel preparation and adheres to international standards for the preparation of steel substrates satisfying ISO 8501-1:2007 and following SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) and NACE International (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) standards which have both merged to form AMPP (Association for Materials Protection & Performance).
