DESIGN
Our design team is capable of creating pipeline routing from scratch or developing isometric manufacturing drawings from P&ID layouts.
PROCUREMENT
We have developed an approved supplier vendor list for all grades of piping of any origin with the shortest possible lead times to cater to our clients’ quality as well as schedule requirements. All documentation is maintained to ensure that the traceability of materials used for all projects is possible.
MANUFACTURING
Our experienced production team consists of certified welders capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel as well as alloy steel pipes. Our plate processing machinery allows us to manufacture custom-built flanges and gaskets based on project requirements and specifications. Our previous piping projects range from ¼” to 60” piping systems for industrial applications.
TESTING & CERTIFICATION
Our facility is equipped with pressure testing equipment required to test piping systems. Apart from our in-house non-destructive testing such as MPI, UT Flaw Detection, DPT, and Thickness Gauging, we also work with approved Third-Party Inspection agencies for tests and other stage inspections mandated by our clients. We also carry out in-house hydro tests for our piping systems as part of our standard testing procedures.
BLASTING, PAINTING, INSULATION & CLADDING
Our facility is fully equipped to carry out surface blasting in a closed climatic controlled and dust-free system, as per project specifications using high-quality blasting steel grit sourced from reputed suppliers. We also work with our subcontractors to offer high-quality special internal coatings such as FBE, PTFE, PFA, Cement, and other linings. We also offer insulation and cladding services as per requirements.
INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
We have installed piping systems of up to 60” dia at some of the region’s most challenging project locations. Our site teams are efficient to complete projects within schedule, all while ensuring and maintaining high-quality work.
Structural steel fabrication is one of the prime specialties in which Energy Tec is recognized. We are a highly experienced steel contractor, ensuring excellent results in a variety of services including design, fabrication, steel drafting, details, surface treatment, steel delivery, and installation. Each job is treated differently and we take pride in offering flexible and personalized solutions for structural steel.
Our process flow for steel structural fabrication includes design, validation, procurement of materials, welding, blasting painting, and site installation.
DESIGN, VALIDATION & CALCULATIONS
Our engineering department is staffed by a team of adept qualified engineers and draftsmen with expertise in all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection. Our team is experienced in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and with proficiency in the latest software such as STAAD Pro, TEKLA, SolidWorks, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA StatiCa, and AutoCAD among others, we are capable of meeting all the design and validation requirements of our clients while optimizing raw materials used to reduce costs.
PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS
Our procurement team works with approved suppliers all over the world to source high-quality raw materials with the shortest possible lead times.
FABRICATION & WELDING
Our highly experienced production team consists of certified fabricators and SMAW, GMAW & GTAW welders who have worked on some of the most complex projects in the region. We have the right people to do the right task. Our professionals and technicians are highly talented, trained, and certified in several fields assuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. We have numerous WPS, PQR, and WPQ for different grades of material such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Copper Nickel Aluminium, etc.
BLASTING & COATING
Our blasting & paint applicator specialists ensure strict adherence to project specifications and quality requirements which are verified by our QA/QC department. This is either for internal or external applications, single-coat, 2-coat, or 3-coat systems. We can achieve perfect finishes for all our projects. We also work with world-class galvanizers based in Qatar to provide high-quality hot dip galvanizing for our structures.
